What is already known
Everyone who signs an accepted submission must be registered for that work to be presented and published in the book of abstracts.

Registration is not handled on this site: it will be processed through the channels the Provincial Council determines. Here you will declare that you are registered when submitting, and the congress office will check it against the official list.
