Submissions

Everything about submitting: guidelines, templates, topics and journals.

This translation has not yet been reviewed by a native speaker. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

If you are submitting, start with the submission guidelines: the format is strict and the organisers may reject abstracts that do not follow it.

Where to start

  1. Read the submission guidelines. Format, length, required sections and authorship limits.
  2. Download the template. It saves time and avoids format rejections.
  3. Check the topics to place your work.
  4. See the journals it may be forwarded to.
  5. Create your account and submit. The wizard saves as you go: you can stop halfway and come back while the call is open.

Most asked

  • Each person may sign a maximum of two submissions.
  • All listed authors must be registered for accepted work to be presented and published.
  • Abstracts are accepted in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
  • The final format — oral or poster — is decided by the Scientific Committee.
