Submissions
Everything about submitting: guidelines, templates, topics and journals.
This translation has not yet been reviewed by a native speaker. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
If you are submitting, start with the submission guidelines: the format is strict and the organisers may reject abstracts that do not follow it.
Where to start
- Read the submission guidelines. Format, length, required sections and authorship limits.
- Download the template. It saves time and avoids format rejections.
- Check the topics to place your work.
- See the journals it may be forwarded to.
- Create your account and submit. The wizard saves as you go: you can stop halfway and come back while the call is open.
Most asked
- Each person may sign a maximum of two submissions.
- All listed authors must be registered for accepted work to be presented and published.
- Abstracts are accepted in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
- The final format — oral or poster — is decided by the Scientific Committee.
